Town of Pinetops Electric & Sewer Rate Increase

Due to budgetary changes effective today sewer rates will increase for inside and outside customers.
Inside sewer rates were at $25.44 base charge plus $7.31 per 1000 gallons under 3,001, the rate will increase to $27.28 base charge plus $7.84 per 1000 gallons under 3,001.
Ouside sewer rates were $43.96 base charge plus $8.75 per 1000 gallons under 3,001, the rate will increase to $47.15 base charge plus $9.38 per 1000 gallons under 3,001.

Electric Residential rates were at $13.66 base charge plus $0.1366 per 0-750+ kwh, the rate will increase to $14.82 base charge plus $0.1476 per 0-750+ kwh.
Electric Commercial rates were at $17.45 base charge plus $0.1988 per 0-1400 kwh and $0.1289 for over 1400 kwh, the rate will increase to $18.93 base charge plus $0.2157 per 0-1400 kwh and $0.1398 for over 1400 kwh.
