Edgecombe County Memorial Library Is Offering Curbside Service at Both Locations!

Call the library in Tarboro (823-1141) or Pinetops (827-4621) or use our website (www.edgecombelibrary.org) to let us know what books you would like. Please have your library card available when you call.
We will let you know when your items have been pulled and are available for pick-up.
Call us when you arrive at the library and we will take your items to you in the parking lot. You don’t even need to get to get out of the car!
Staff will be taking calls M-F from 9-6. Curbside service is available from 10-5.
Be assured we are taking every precaution to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.

How long does it take to get a library card?

Our librarian will be able to supply you with a new library card the same day you apply.

Are electronic books available?

We are offering ebooks at this time. On our website, there is a tab that will lead our patrons to Hoopla, which is the portal we utilize to access audiobooks, eBooks, comics, movies, TV, magazines, or music everywhere you have a screen-your computer, your phone, your car, even your TV.
